我們致力於解放人性中深植的即興原力，透過教育與實踐，幫助人們發現即興不僅是面對未知的工具，更是超越恐懼、探索可能性、揮灑創造力的美好本能。

2. 翻轉世人對挑戰與未知的看法

我們透過即興劇專業服務和方法論，打破傳統以計畫為主的思維模式，幫助個人、團隊與社會接受不確定性，並學習如何在變化中找到成長與創造的眼光。

3. 本地深耕，全球連結

我們從台灣出發，深耕在地社群，透過實體與線上課程、演出與專業培訓推廣即興式思維。同時，我們積極參與國際交流，分享經驗並學習多元文化如何實踐即興精神，將台灣人的即興智慧帶向全球，參與人類連結與未來創造。

我們已經建立以即興精神為核心的學習型組織文化，並持續在內部進行實驗與成長。我們相信，成為即興式思維的最佳實踐者，是啟發更多人參與這場改變的重要起點。

Mission of Guts Improv

1. Unleashing the Innate Wisdom of Improvisation

We are committed to unleashing the deeply rooted improvisational power within human nature. Through education and practice, we help people discover that improvisation is not merely a tool for facing the unknown but a beautiful instinct to transcend fear, explore possibilities, and unleash creativity.

2. Redefining Perceptions of Challenges and Uncertainty

Through the professional services and methodologies of improvisational theater, we challenge the traditional plan-centric mindset. We empower individuals, teams, and societies to embrace uncertainty and learn how to find growth and creativity within change.

3. Local Roots, Global Connections

Starting from Taiwan, we cultivate local communities through in-person and online courses, performances, and professional training to promote improvisational thinking. At the same time, we actively participate in international exchanges, sharing experiences and learning how diverse cultures practice the spirit of improvisation. By doing so, we bring Taiwan's improvisational wisdom to the global stage, contributing to human connection and the creation of a better future.

4. Sustaining Internal Learning and Practice

We have already established a learning organization centered on improvisation and continuously experiment and grow internally. We believe that being the best practitioners of the Improv Method Mindset is essential to inspiring more people to join this transformative journey.
